Wow, that is great news! There was a time in the US when only married women could get birth control pills. It wasn't until 1972 that birth control pills were made available to unmarried people also. Interesting article on the history of family planning. 👉️

Here's the thing:
Though there will eventually be no longer gatekeepers to getting it, it'll only be a matter of time before insurance stops covering it... meaning low income women will have to pay for it.

That is my concern. Insurance stopped covering a lot of the medications today that use to be subscription, but are now over the counter.
