馃帣锔忦煋伙笍I recorded this impromptu podcast because I am tired of the BS punditry and reporting, and I thought it was important for people to hear an opinion from someone not being paid for clicks and engagement. I am not a podcaster, and this is out of my comfort zone, but I hope you enjoy it.

Thanks Chris. Your opinions matter to this pod member. Don't be concerned about any expletives that may find their way into your podcast streams; nothing we haven't heard before! Vote your conscience not your wallet has been my mantra since I first cast a ballot in the 70's.
Long Live Spoutible! 馃惓

This was excellent Chris. We need more straight talk about how we view politics in this country, particularly how we are informed about politics in this country.

Fantastic podcast, I'm with you thinking dems are pretty secure on prez and are favored for house. Senate is my main concern. Do you see a realistic scenario where Dems can keep a 50 majority, or even 51?

Your analysis is spot on with the polling numbers and I appreciate your perspective on where Democrats stand.
Keep up the great work.

At best, polls tell us how the generation that's still on Facebook and answers unknown numbers on their phone plans to vote. Half of those folks plus 2-3 subsequent generations voting for Biden is pretty good, actually

What about third parties? No Labels? and Jill Stein running again? Do think these other candidates will tank the 2024 election for Biden?

I am just listening to this now, Thank you Christopher. I have had many a sleepless nights worrying about what crap everyone is going to try to pull to take the Dems down in the 2024 election. I trust you. I believe you are right about this and this makes perfect sense.

You are data/fact driven which is what we need now. You are spot on about the media. Please keep making more of these!

The same folks saying that we can successfully replace Biden are the same folks who thought that we could primary Joe Manchin and get another Democrat out of West Virginia.

Admittedly I鈥檓 saying this as an outsider from Down Under, but I couldn鈥檛 help but nod along when you were talking about having abortion on the ballot, Mike Johnson as speaker, and Trump as the alternative. But also, the Inflation Reduction Act is a remarkable achievement.

The existence of the climate and renewable energy elements of the Inflation Reduction Act is having an international political effect, given how much the U.S has lifted its game in that regard.

There鈥檚 now pressure on our government here to create our own equivalent.

It鈥檚 that big an achievement.

Good podcast.

Question: Will the media suffer from their lack of credibility in their reporting? (I'm from the Walter Cronkite era, and I've stopped listening to the media. I'm waiting (impatiently) for others to join me.)

I believe they will eventually. The "polls" are total BS. And it's not just Dems who are not very trusting with MSM. While it may be for way different reasons, the trust in MSM has tanked across the board.

Well done/said.

On chaos: Let's not unwittingly, avoidably make matters worse on our side. (Listening still, you just said as much.)

On age: MSM framing relative to #DonnieNoCred is a (minor) pitfall. We're better off focusing on Biden's accomplishments and specific examples (including videos).
