Can confirm. Works for elevated feelings as well. Or no feelings. Or regardless of how you’re feeling. Just walk. Look at green stuff while you walk. Or blue stuff. Or try to collect the rainbow. Or notice smells and sounds and how the ground feels under your shoes. Or ignore everything and walk.

If you’re depressed, occasionally take a walk. As simple as it sounds, it can be very helpful.
