Tonight's quick chicken soup:
- low sodium broth
- 1 leftover chicken thigh cubed
- 3 cabbage leaves, cut like noodles & nuked 7 min
- 1/4 zucchini, nuked 2.5 min
- leftover brown rice
- 1 beaten egg, added when broth steams
- sploosh of coconut milk
- red curry paste & cinnamon #LazySingleCook

It turns it into a version of egg drop soup and adds more protein. I just crack the egg into it and stir. I learned it from ramen. Now I always add it to my chicken soup.
