Colorado Supreme Court Agrees to Take Up Trump’s 14th Amendment Case on expedited basis. Arguments Dec 6. I believe CO Supreme Court will agree with trial judge on facts (Trump guilty of insurrection) but disagree on law and hold #TFG is an officer included in and barred by the 14th A https://www.

I hope you're right, but after three different courts finding various reasons, from the technical to the absurd, to keep him on the ballot, I'm less confident. And of course, any ruling gets appealed to SCOTUS, ultimately.

The trial judge’s reading of the Amendment language is bizarre, bordering on the absurd. I’m hoping the SC will correct it.
