Getting less sleep than usual by just half an hour can make a difference.

I'm used to getting eight hours of sleep and waking up fairly refreshed.

I've just woken up after 7.5 hours of sleep and I feel rather groggy and somewhat cranky about it.

Meanwhile, much of America is sleep-deprived. 😕
