What's the tiniest hill you'll die on?

Mine: Coaches and mentors, and the coaching and mentoring literature, use the word "tool" quite often when they mean processes or techniques. Tools are used to fix things, not humans. If humans need fixing they hopefully get help, e.g. from doctors.

What's the tiniest hill you'll die on?

Mine: When a restaurant has things in only "Medium" and "Large" sizes. In order for something to be "medium" sized, there has to be at least one thing bigger and one thing smaller. You can't have just Medium and Large. It's illogical.
