79% of those opposed to abortion are men. 100% of them will never be pregnant. — These numbers tell the whole story, sisters.

The entire #antiabortion and #AntiReproductiveFreedom is a simple matter of #demographics . Let's be honest ...

I’ve never agreed that men shouldn’t have opinions on abortion. The right to bodily autonomy is gender neutral. It’s as much a male issue as a female one.

If they can force a woman to carry to term, they can prevent a man from getting a vasectomy.

It’s our fight too. Roe protected us all.

I've often said if men had to be pregnant they would likely become pro choice. I had two beautiful daughters, but I also had a tubal pregnancy that ended in miscarriage early on. I shudder to think what would happen today. Men would also figure out a less painful method for mammogram.

Except those numbers don't tell the whole story, and erroneously claiming they do obscures opportunities. Maybe the intention is to motivate women (and supportive men). No objection *to such an intention* here--though that would also be shortsighted. The 'why' of their opposition matters.

Your main point is a fair one, but trans men (at least some trans men) can get pregnant.

The percentage of men who will be never pregnant is less than 100%, but I agree that those probably aren't the men who oppose abortion.

This doesn't mean 79% of men oppose abortion though, so the "other 21%" are people who also oppose abortion but who aren't men

And EVERY unplanned, unwanted pregnancy began with an insufficiently protected ejaculation. So no - no one's autonomy should be sacrificed for someone else's carelessness. Political attacks on medical options and choices have to stop.

It's so simple: If you're opposed to abortion, don't have one.

Yep. Easy for them to tell women what to do when they aren't the ones doing it. Like the ones that say "pull yourself up by the bootstraps" from their cushy positions (wait... we have shoes?)

When I speak with members of extended family who are Southern and fairly far-right Christian, one thing the women entirely agree upon is that anything they do as a function of supporting families and women is none of Congress' business.

We need two new laws:
1. Politicians are not allowed to prescribe or proscribe medical treatment, procedures, advice, or any other healthcare interaction.
2. Men who are not healthcare providers do not get a vote on women's healthcare. Ever.
