1/4: I've referred once or twice (notably in a pinned profile spout) to today's far-right Christian nationalists as a Christian Taliban. A few have said that's incendiary or maligns Islam. Let me be clear: I don't think the Taliban represent all Islam any more than the KKK represent Christianity.

Thanks, but I've used and not danced around the word many times. In this spout I wanted to not just sling the F-word, which is perfectly true but tends to end the discussion and make folks stop reading, but hammer a point.
