Did a 30-minute workout with Sydney Cummings, so I can join #SpoutibleGym ! I love Sydney's workouts. Found them during COVID. You can do anything from 10-60 minutes & can follow her monthly schedule or alternate workouts to suit you! I usually do 2-3 days on then a day off. Haven't gotten bored yet!
