Brian specifically addressed the time it takes to get a sure-thing indictment. Committing the crime takes no time, getting the indictment takes time. It's designed that way to protect us. He makes a valid point.

Speaking as a legal secretary who has worked on complex high profile civil cases, you are absolutely correct. It takes time, sometime LOTS of time, to get a case ready to put in front of a jury. Sorry if folks don't like that. No one wants to see any of the cases vs TFG dismissed on a technicality.
