This nincompoop had a Black man handcuffed in the back of his cruiser, and while he was walking back to the cruiser, an acorn hit the vehicle. The nincompoop opened fire on the cruiser with the handcuffed Black man in the back. Thankfully, the Black man wasn't injured. The nincompoop resigned.

This is the reason why #BlackFolk… :
1. Gentleman searched before entering cruiser
2. Cop opening fire for absolutely no reason
3. Partner running and opening fire w/o knowing why
4. Cop claiming he is shot
5. An acorn did it
6. Possibly dying because of an oak nut

The nincompoop resigned, but probably would not have been reprimanded…much. He’ll surely find another job. He’s trigger-happy.

Too many officers are also abusing steroids and drugs, making them more aggressive, and dangerous.

This is a clear evidence that "Defund the Police" is a bad idea. Police needs all the funding it can get to buy as many diapers as it can afford to make sure some of its officers don't shit all over themselves.

Apparently, he didn't believe he *hadn't* been hit until they checked him out at the hospital.
Dude's imagination quite literally thumped him in the chest.

Thank God the man in the cruiser was unhurt. Thank God the officer resigned.

The amount of trauma this utter incompetence unleashed on this family and neighbourhood will have ripples for generations.

How can this happen? Was the suspect not secured and patted down??

Just…How? …

How does an officer confuse an acorn falling on the car with gunfire? Incomprehensible

It sees to me as though the officer has some severe past trauma of his own. If an acorn hitting a car puts you into fight or flight, that is absolutely abnormal.

Former military possibly?

I expect he feels horrific about what happened, and I hope he gets the help he needs to heal too.

That’s what the media wants you to think. This is Florida, where they have mutant antifa squirrels who throw meth-laced adamantium acorns that have been known to pierce Kevlar vests. And don’t get me started about the flying alligators …

The female officer opened fire right away for what? We all heard the video and I'll bet not a single person heard what even sounded remotely like a shot.

She should lose her job too. There is no reason to open fire when you have no clue WTF is going on.
