📢We have been experimenting with new AI technology designed to allow users to flag mis/disinformation. This innovative AI will automatically provide contextual information beneath the flagged content. We will launch Accuracy Alerts in a few weeks.

Note: Each example has been created using AI.

And if you were wondering, Accuracy Alerts are not limited to politics. Here is an example of an Accuracy Alert accurately debunking a reprehensible lie about Meghan Markle.

If the AI is credible enough to be used as counterpoint to disinformation, then it is good enough to publish independently as a list of reference points for wider distribution.

In other words I would like the AI bot to have its own channel that we can just go to and search for topics when we feel the need to provide some counterpoint to disinformation we come across anywhere.

This is a cool feature. It should take care of unnecessary or intentional spread of misinformation.

This sounds like a good way to go. I participated in Community Notes (Birdwatch) since the beginning. It's just Twitter at another level and has become severely dysfunctional. Same toxicity, bickering and attempted manipulation. This seems more functional. 👍🏻🐳🩵

I particularly like that the blurb is inline and not dependent on the reader clicking another link to read it.

Without maligning your efforts or accomplishments in any way, and your technical successes have impressed at every turn, but is Accuracy Alert assertive enough? Eye-catching, but could it summarize the conclusion more?
Anyway, thanks for all you do and I look forward to seeing this in action.

Wonderful concept!
One little concern, however:
In the second panel ("Trump won ...") you quote the NYT as an opposing source.
There are better sources to quote, just saying ...
Otherwise, all in favour!! 👍️♥️

OK a tip of the hat to AI- perfect for this job of creating misinformation- No one can construct a sentence anymore, so grammarly is going to be a big player in the crap we need to scrape out of the spouts.

Your approaches are impeccable. Nothing like the mentality behind other platforms.
