Are judges afraid to put Donald in jail because they fear for their own and their families' lives? Is that why?

That's exactly what I believe in many cases. Others are just as corrupt tho.

At least they have removed any questions regarding equality before the law….

There is none.

That, or they're corrupt, or are willing participants of the cult. Take your pick.

I think judges are aware of the logistical nightmare because of his secret service detail. You'd basically be jailing those guys too. But that said, they are bending over backward. This is unprecedented, but the result is a different standard for this defendant.

I've wondered that, too. He gets such special treatment that no one else gets. Is it because they have fear for themselves or their families?

It's likely in part about protecting against appeal. When the stakes are this high, better to err on the side of restraint in the short-term side than risk the long-term outcome.

The other difference that doesn't tend to get noted is that he has multiple high-priced lawyers doing their jobs.
