I know I’m spouting into the deep blue ocean here with very limited, if any, interaction. But I’m enjoying going through my photos so I’ll keep adding wildflowers for a few weeks more. This is a fringed lily from Billiburning Rock. 😎

Its lovely, not seen anything like it here. Luv seeing birds, flowers, and backyard pics from distant places (more than politics). Keep it up!

I will. It’s great to share some of the unique flora found in Western Australia, and the occasional animal or two. Although I’ll probably leave the tiger snakes and dugites for another time! We have a few of those at Djirikartup - they’re rather partial to the frogs in the dam, spring and wetlands.

There are a few species of Thysanotus in Western Australia. Some so small and upright that you can hardly see them, others large and climbing up bushes. They’re all pretty spectacular though 😁
