They are doing that so he will lose all the appeals he will surely file.

The wheels of justice grind slowly against the wealthy while those same wheels fly swiftly and unjustly against the poor.

I wonder if there is any relation between the delay in New York and the rapid deadlines set by the DC circuit relating to Mar-a-Lago. Stated differently, I wonder if NY is deferring because the Feds are about to do something much bigger. Could be coincidence of course, but timing is interesting.

Like it or not, he will never go to jail. What do you do with his Secret Service protection? He is (unfortunately) an ex-President. The best we can hope for is house arrest. Perhaps that's why he moved to a golf resort.

That will never stop, but old rich white men facing zero consequences will always be a thing

Yes, he is being treated preferentially. The DAs and the DOJ need to be very careful. Any rules they break or change, any precedents they set in handling Trump will be used again, likely by people who are up to no good.

Just think how depressing it will be when the GA legislature fires Fani Willis and her team. As soon as Kemp signs that bill they will do it !

Alvin Bragg is not going to indict I fear. I suspect he’s looking for a way out. And what happened to Fulton County? That indictment was supposed to happen weeks ago and yet crickets.

But it’s not surprising at all.
Especially what he’s being charged for, they are going to be deferential in treatment 🤢
