Ran 2 miles. Squats 16x at 165lb, 11x 205lb, 5x 235lb (old pr). Front squat 135lb x12 ran out of time...

I think the new lifting belt is too small :c its on its biggest setting and I can breathe but its hard to do 16+ reps when it's tight. I just run out of breath.
