@claudia the improvement I would make next time is to shorten the cooking time from 120 minutes to 90. I like a touch of pink blush in my roast 🙂. I was happy with embedding the garlic in the meat so it did not burn. #Lamb is fatty and needs an acid to cut through ie lemons. Next time! 😋

Nice! I’m a fan of #RickStein - I’m surprised there are no lemons here but love the feta addition.

Yes, we needed more veggies - I like the idea of roast peppers and tomatoes. But agree, we’re going to have lamb kebabs over the next few days! 😂 Flat bread + toum + tabouli. And sandwich press it.
