Exercise is a very tricky modality in Long COVID. Rightly, NIH is being asked to reconsider the dangers involved in studying it in its trials in the current form.
Hopefully more nuanced and better targeted approach prevails.

I have it. Tried to do physical therapy and graduated exercise. It got worse.

I can walk and stuff as long as I keep heart rate under 115. Over that, I'm toast for a couple days. I kind of agree this shouldn't be required in trials.

Thanks for sharing.
Indeed that's not an uncommon challenge. A lot is being talked about graded, paced, rationing energy, being able to take adequate rest... Not sure why NIH would miss all that.
