This is what Rupert Murdoch does in the UK. Take a look at all of the phone hacking cases that have been settled. He keeps the details out of the public eye. DON'T SETTLE DOMINION.

A source tells the Washington Post that the Fox/Dominion trial has been delayed to Tuesday, to allow for settlement talks.

Dominion holds all of the cards in this negotiation. It's going to need to be a huge settlement figure, and would not surprise me if FOX would be required to publicly state that they were knowingly disseminating false information.

I hope you're right, but Murdoch is only concerned with himself and hiding whatever he can to continue to be the insect that he is.

Murdoch never wants a finding against him, so he can deny, deny, deny.

Dominion needs Fox to admit it lied because the lies hurt its business. Fox may be willing to do that to avoid a finding of malice.

I think malice is really important. I don't want a settlement agreement that ends up being confidential. That will never stop them from doing it again, and Rupert Murdoch WILL do it again.
