DeJoy is clearly Biden's man to run USPS at this point. Five of nine current board members are Biden picks. He got two more (7/9) last December but hasn't bothered to nominate anyone. So, two DeJoy hacks remain for an extra year. Dunno why, and I hate to say it, but Biden secretly loves DeJoy. 🤷♂️

IIRC different states appealed to the regulatory commission because there is a process that must be followed to do what he is doing and he didn't follow that process. Nothing happens quickly when you appeal to administrative / regulatory agencies.

I am a retired USPS employee and I can see this story to be true. I had a manager that came out of NY that used similar tactics, the difference being he was a career employee and knew the rules. DeKoy seems to have learned from his initial blunders.

I don't like being that person, but we have to acknowledge that Biden & the Corporate Dems are benefitting from DeJoyless still being in power. He should have been removed (yes, by appointing members to the board to remove him) the first month of Biden's presidency. They are gaining by keeping him.

I don't understand how this guy is still Postmaster General after all this time. This ruling tells a story that everyone already knows, DeJoy purposely delayed the mail by removing processes that helped speed delivery. DeJoy is also an investor in other commercial services that compete with USPS.
