And the ransacking he did in 2020 resulting in election interference, was not a blunder. It can only be described as deliberate.

This seems like a good theory at first blush. But did you read the article? He helped the Democrats pass their USPS rescue plan. Among other things, the bill eliminated pre-paying some truly onerous retiree costs that were killing the postal service. And he seems to actually listen to the union.

I am a retired USPS employee and I can see this story to be true. I had a manager that came out of NY that used similar tactics, the difference being he was a career employee and knew the rules. DeKoy seems to have learned from his initial blunders.
