That or an enforceable, retroactive code of ethics with 20 year term limits. Thomas would term out immediately followed by Roberts and Alito in three years time, and Gorsuch and Kavanaugh could be tossed for ethics violations since they've clearly accepted bribes.

Not really. It would just make it that harder to get the majority back after a slew of Rs/RWNJs packed it again. I would certainly be for an enforceable code of ethics though.

It is approaching the point where the Court is a threat to your system of gov't. (it may already be there) SC is literally challenging the power of the other branches.

I think defending the balance of power in the US is enough to justify court expansion.
