This is definitely true. My parents lived in Indiana, so driving back to see them I always drove I-70. I also like to drive at night.
I was pulled over several times thru the years after cannabis was legalized. One time I was literally less than 20 miles into the state of Kansas from Colorado.

how? they don't have a right to vehicle search without a warrant.
