It'll be hard yo get it to pass & yet even if it does it'll be even harder to get 4 confirmed before the Election, if Biden wins the 2024 election unless the majority changes it'd still be hard to fill. Don't get me wrong it'd be good thing if it goes well but if not things could get worse real fast

This is a great idea, but it is unrealistic at this time.

It likely won't pass both the House and Senate this term, but it's definitely going to be a campaign issue for 2024.

Add four more nincompoops like Clarence Thomas would not solve anything. Maybe firing all nine present members and electing new judges in a fair and open electoral process would.

Um, all the ultraconservative partisan judges were added by Republican presidents. If Biden added all four they would not be billionaires bought right wing ones.

A lot of us prefer that the US Constitution remain the Law of the Land. What you suggest is unconstitutional.

Of course it won't pass in either the current House or the current Senate, but getting the votes to pass it should be one of the central 2024 campaign issues.

This is good to start getting the idea in everyone's mind. Also, let's see the Republicans block it.

Now that's the kind of Democratic Party taking it to the GOP fascists I can get behind!

I don't know how much energy there is even within the Democrats for that but you got to start somewhere

Simple bill, number of SCOTUS justices must match the number of Circuit Courts. That way neither party can just keep adding more.
