There's more that would need accommodation now than when I was working. I doubt it. When I got fired and asked for retraining and took my medical records and Dr notes in, the clerks helped me fill out my disability paperwork. I got it before my first unemployment check.

Great. What the Dr and I didn't know was the weakness in my feet and legs would eventually extend to my hands. I never did get my speed up.
When I wanted to experience something I physically couldn't I read. Also when I was in pain, recovering from surgery.
