500g bread flour
370g water
8g salt
10g dried yeast (fast)

This is a wet dough. Dough hook, 8 mins. 2 hour initial raise. Punch down and put in tray for 2nd raise (proof) for about an hour. Push toppings in, all way down, coat with olive oil, rosemary, and salt.

20 mins at 425F. Let rest.
