You are correct: anger is no different from any other emotion. Additionally, anger is a secondary emotion--there is always at least one other emotion feeding it; emotions are NEVER an issue (always correct), but *expression (or repression, for that matter) of said emotion is where a problem may lie.

This society has trouble with anger in general. It's as valid a feeling as any other and can be a motivator, too. It's a signal just like any other. I refuse to use negative to describe emotions like this. Challenging is more accurate. It's valid and can drive action.
