Anger doesn’t “consume human kindness”. It is a very human and necessary emotion that is engaged when one is feeling unsafe, unheard, unseen, etc. It has a vital importance in the human experience.

Are there effective expressions vs. unhealthy? Absolutely, but that’s not anyone’s job to enforce.

Anger is a secondary emotion to fear, which is why for so many, it can be attached to anxiety. It is a survival emotion and is our way of saying, “I’m not okay with this.” Anxiety can be reality based or not, then it becomes a question of reality-testing one’s fear.
