Amazon apparently wanted to make it harder to cancel Prime.

So they allegedly added a complex cancellation process to confuse consumers.

Now the FTC is suing Amazon for scamming millions.

Good.

This is what it looks like when government works on behalf of the people.

Now they need to force Sirius satellite radio to make canceling quick and easy.

They are the worst. Last time I tied, they kept begging me to stay and offered a lower rate. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Plus they send mail offering discounts and when I signed on the app to get it back for summer driving they switched the rate. I simply closed the app

While I agree this is good, for me it's on the lower rungs of what they can be doing to discourage Amazon from engaging in unfair and deceptive business practices.
