Bankruptcy was pushed back to late next year. It MAY happen sooner but since Trump got that weird decision by appeals court to go against NY state regulations and let Trump post less than half of what the court verdict was, he will push his own bankruptcy back to probably late next year...

No, just that it will upset the judge. The judge will not 'officially' know about this development unless the DA tells Judge Merchan officially. So judge cannot do anything about it, unless DA informs judge in court. BUT the judge COULD revoke his decision to give Trump day off haha

Remember, being a convict does not in any way prohibit you from running for President (2 have done so), and being in prison does not prohibit you either (1 has run from prison).
