When you see this, it's b/c the tag was not initially created in Camel Case.
Whoever creates the very FIRST tag for something sets it for the entire community. So, even if the 2nd, 3rd, or 50th person writes that same tag using Camel Case, the system reverts it to however the original tag was done.
