There are gay causes, black causes, women & Hispanic causes. There are worker’s right, cheaper groceries, lower rent, causes.

Few will get everything they want. None will get anything they want, if red wins. Progress is incremental. Vote the collective blue even when your cause is not gaining.

I have ALWAYS considered it my civic duty to vote for the benefit of as many of my fellow citizens as possible even when there is no obvious direct benefit for me. When most Americans are doing well, are cared for, are protected then I, also, will do well, be cared for, be protected.

My thoughts exactly. I was pissed when the Voting rights act failed because of Cinema and Manchin. Curse those 2 out every chance I got but at no time did the thought of taking my ball and going home cross my mind.

This is the very point every decent eligible voter has to realise.
Your particular cause might not gain under blue leadership, but at least it's not going to go backwards.
Everything is going backwards under red leadership.
