That’s what happens when the only platform the party has is to obstruct

They don’t have the capacity, nor do they care to have the capacity to get anything done

It’s not the D’s problem to fix, but they might have to eventually

Today the R’s own the dysfunction, but if this goes on for too much longer, the govt as a whole begins to look dysfunctional, and that’s not a good perception to carry into an election year

You could be right, (I mean this in the nicest way possible) but I hope you’re wrong

In the midterms, the only seats R’s picked up were from significant R turnout

They’re not appealing to independents, mod Rs or mod Ds

Even if trump never actually goes to court, he’s a turnoff to moderates

These indictments matter

WAPO polling suggests 25% of active voting republicans are now never Trumpers in primary voting

That’s a fall from the 90+% he enjoyed while he was in office

Obviously those numbers will tighten in the general but by how much?

The most insulting point deSantis makes is using the term “Propaganda”

When white people have a problem, their “country is being taken from them”

When black people have a problem it’s “performative” or “propaganda”
