In a recent radio interview, RepGuthrie discussed that the automotive industry is starting to "get moving again" because we are coming out of the CHIPS crisis. When Congress voted on the bill to increase production in America to end that crisis, he voted NO on the bill.

There are 90,800 people eligible for student debt relief in Kentucky's 2nd congressional district.
RepGuthrie voted to repeal student debt relief & joined the lawsuit opposing it.

With all of the talks about budget & national debt, I want to discuss one thing. GOP House members, including Brett Guthrie voted on a debt ceiling bill here in the last month. This bill would repeal certain renewable energy & clean energy tax credits As well as cut veteran veteran benefits by 22%.

Growing up, I remember going to bed with nothing but a bologna sandwich and water on my stomach. I remember my parents going to bed hungry at times to ensure their children were fed. The fact that 39% of Americans are skipping meals to pay bills(44% in millennials) is outrageous. (More in comments)

It shouldn't be controversial to say that, yes, fast food workers deserve a living wage like anyone else. Minimum wage was created so every worker, regardless of job, could afford basic healthcare and needs in life. Our current minimum wage can't do that. It's time we fix it!
