Part of this is relaying the WIIFT - what’s in it for them. How they’ll benefit.

I’ve always believed, while new tech helps w 1 problem, it create others.
Latest problem, the paper ceiling. Those automated applicant tracking sys orgs use, filter out 50% of applicants b/c of no bachelor’s degrees.
Of course Blacks + Hispanics are affected by this the most.

I believe political candidates, + those running for reelection, should be required to have their EQ assessed while running for office. It’s important to know if they have the emotional intelligence to handle/continue in their job.
