I tried talking to someone this weekend about how being gay is not a choice, and their stance was, "I really don't care, I just don't want it pushed on me."

I'm a gun owner, but not a gun nut. I am a veteran and understand the dangers and have taught my children to understand and respect guns. I want them to know how to handle one should they ever be in a position they need to. Not a pleasant though, but necessary. This article made me sad.
