then stand where they were and hold up a bible they've never read for a photo op. How, as a rational person, am I supposed to give our species a positive evaluation?

If children mattered, Israel wouldn't be killing them for a patch of land. People are willing to torture and kill each other over the smallest things, then turn around and talk about how life is sacred. They'll tear gas peaceful protesters in front of a church,

it's just about denying bodily autonomy. it's about Power. If we really cared about kids, our ancestors wouldn't have killed them to take the land that would become America. If a child's life was worth more than the price of a can baby formula, Nestle wouldn't have killed so many of them for profit.

We get told what's broken but never how to fix it. We sit and hope and pray for a savior who isn't coming. We keep voting for the same politicians hoping if we pick the right one they'll save us. Everyone keeps saying to think of the children, but it's never about making their lives better,

on the young to fix everything. On behalf of my generation, I'm sorry in advance. I didn't know things were this bad until I hit 40, because I was raised to believe that we can be better without being taught how we are. We get shown the goal but never how to reach it.

We force them to face these horrors entirely unprepared. Do we do it out of a sense of self denial? Do we tell them the lies we tell ourselves so we can sleep at night? Or are we hoping they will bring about this fantasy? it always seems like the older generations who ruined everything put the onus

of course Power will run unchecked. It does whenerver it thinks no one is looking or knows it can get away with it. Why do we teach children to be loving, compassionate, and share, when that's the opposite of the world our species has made for itself? It's cruel in a way.

The pandemic, which it still blows my mind some people think it was fake despite all the dead, isolated us even further. Power knows it. Power like it this way. If 7 billion people individually say they feel hopeless and frustrated, unable to muster a collective voice,

We live in such a seperated world. Families broken by the young rejecting the older generation's delusions. We can see dying children across the globe on our phones but we don't know our neighbor's names.

She is from the Clone Wars cartoons. They are exceptional. Asa fellow Trekkie, while it's absolutely Star Wars, the clone Wars cartoon is what actually got me to be interested in their franchise. Also Andor is peak.

As long as people are obsessed with finding ways to divide instead of unite then yeah nothing will ever get done. Heaven forbid anyone trust someone who isn't exactly like them.
