I'm bringing my 66th year to a close. It's been a long day starting with my Son locking his keys in the truck and calling Mom/me who has the spare key at 6am. Suffice it to say it snow balled from there. I'm finally home, Happy Birthday to me. Cheers peeps, hope you all have a great weekend.

Ok here's the question. My neighbors have chickens and I have a veggie garden. Chickens are in my yard and garden everyday. Son just came across a free chicken coop. Would it be terrible to keep their chickens? Legal?

This baby was dumped 8 yrs ago, vet estimated her age at 1 yr and she was 18 lbs. It took a couple yrs to train her bc I'm not a dog person. We watched Lucky Dog every Sat, still do😁. She's the best dog I've ever had, after all any dog that can put up with me and 3 cats is amazing in my book.

3 days of back breaking work but I did it, the #garden is planted. Peas, Sunflowers, squash, japelano, radishes and onions. Going to town today in search of my fav tomato 🍅 plants! No small feat for an old lady 9 months out from quadruple bypass.

Spring is on the way. Hydrangeas are leafing out, peonies and hostas are popping up. Daffs are blooming. #gardening The Canadian geese are headed home. I saw an Eastern bluebird yesterday. The neighbors chickens are back.
