My husband and I took in our two granddaughters 16 and 18. We are both on SS fixed income. We try to keep our small roofing company going, but business is slow. We go to the food bank once a month and watch our food budget, but we barely get by. We will always vote for democrats, no matter what.

It is unprecedented to investigate a former president, even Donnie, and by delaying the start of that investigation until the DOJ had uncovered (or been given) sufficient evidence, like their actions with the documents, removes the basis for claims of persecution (which the GOP will still make).

The January 6th attack was the biggest crime in our history, and DOJ had to investigate it with existing resources. By taking the bottom up approach, they left the leadership investigation to the 1/6 Committee, which was appropriate given the separation of powers, and provided political cover.
