I am out of work again. I have been laid off a few different times. I got canned in 2014. Then during the pandemic I was fired in 2020. Now is 2023. I feel like I been trying to get in the ocean and the tide keep spitting me out! WTH? Fine, I will live a life of leisure!

Sunday morning breakfast today was two slices of toast with butter and strawberry jelly, not jam, and a mug of tea, and two fried eggs.

I am thankful to have such a bountiful meal.

Being a mother with my son is about having him know everything, but not doing anything because he does not know what to do. I have learned to stop offering help. He is 19 and a PITA! Been this way his whole life! LOL!

Yesterday was a day of indulgence!

Walked in the glorious sunshine, spent time near water.

Made fudge brownies (with milk chocolate chips and chopped hazelnuts), had some shrimp cocktail, and then made tacos.

For my snack I made sour cream and onion dip for my potato chips.

I love Sundays!
