Painting en plein air is definitely not the easiest thing with fluid mediums. Alcohol inks are SUPER challenging because of the environmental factors as well. But with care and caffeine, painting outdoors can be liberating.

Working on black paper is difficult with alcohol inks due to their specific translucent nature, but with the addition of white ink and a blending solution to mix the colours in, one can produce…haunting images.
