Most Americans are fools.

Ukraine should be given whatever it takes to defeat Russia. It will be far, far, more expensive for the U.S. if Russia prevails in Ukraine.

Do they think people can't read an indictment on their own? Whether you thought you lost or not, you still can't create fake electors to defraud the United States, violate voting rights, and obstruct a government proceeding.

The jury will be told exactly this by the judge.

Ya, I saw the vid and cringed, like you would feeling empathy.

Then I realized what a horrible person he is, how much damage he's done to us, and how I have wished him to die a horrible death...

Now I think the second I feel sorry for him he'll do something else horrible, and I'll regret empathy.

Why would the Niners have any more uncertainty about their QB this year than any other team?

if you want to be truthful, the Niners arguably have the most QB depth of any team in the NFL as well.

They have 4 QBs cleared and ready to go from Day 1 of tRaining Camp, not that Purdy is OK.

The Turkish Navy is strong enough to pull this off. Now we get to see if Erdogan will follow through.

You spelled "big media isn't interested in telling the truth" wrong.

They LOVE news. It's the quality and meaningfulness of what it report that is in doubt.

I mean the stupid submarine story was news, but how important was it to your life?

It's not just Georgia chill nights.

Most Connecticut Peaches & Plums started budding in Jan. when there was an unusual warm spell. Then it hit -5 in February and they got fried.

People in Jan. were saying how great it is to have a few warm days. Still a lot of naivety about climate change impacts.

There is no way in hell the unions are winning this fight. AI created actors will replace real ones as soon as they can. Same goes for pro sports. Assurances not to be replaced by AI would be akin to UAW demanding GM can't use robots.

I'm not saying this SHOULD be the case, just being real.

They don't have the votes to block or pass anything. Why does the corporate news business insist on covering the right wing and Russia like they have power over things they don't?

Right wing nut jobs don't decide anything in Congress. Russia doesn't get a veto on who joins NATO.

I don't think the unique views and takes are disappearing, but they are moving, to SubStack and YouTube.

Long form sports journalism is going to be really hard to find.

The Athletic has some very good reporters, but not all teams have one on there, so...

Unless I missed, not mentioned in the article is the fact these cluster munitions are a very good way to clear mines that Russia has laid all over the place. Removing mines is a tedious task that slows the Ukrainian forces' march forward. This is good development if you want Russia out of Ukraine.

Won't be long 'til there are websites indicating which businesses are bigoted and which aren't

Won't be long 'til businesses are making it conspicuously obvious they welcome everyone.

There will sadly be bigot businesses promoting they they discriminate too, but they will be in minority.

Well, if Tumor pleads guilty - as he should - he will still face much more severe punishment for his felonious crime spree than Hunter Biden ever would for his relatively minor transgressions, but at least the nightmare of not knowing how bad the punishment will be for him would end.

The story is rubbish.

Fact: The Durham investigation was designed to cow the FBI from investigating Tumor.

Here's someone who said this in March:

This is great and all, but does nothing to help Ukraine today.

EU and NATO countries really should come together to put their forces in Ukraine to help beat back Russia. A "coalition of the willing" can hold territory and UAF can do the front line fighting.

The real thing bad for America is having people like this clown Abernathy make apologies for and prop up a dangerous criminal who lies like most of us breathe air, as their standard bearer, and then have a formerly credible news organization like the Post give him a platform to spew his tripe.

Does anyone think Jack Smith doesn't have evidence Tumor in fact sold classified material?

The meat of the charges in the indictment have less to do with classification issues than lying to investigators and concealing subpoenaed material.

But there is also mishandling sensitive information.

Surely lots of people agree in theory. The problem is what's the alternative?

Money and fiat currency has always seemed silly to me once I understood how things work.

The whole idea of money is a store of value everyone can agree to use to facilitate trade and commerce.

How's it done without?
