Yes, abortion bans & restrictions have a direct effect on primarily women. But those of us who are cis need to remember that many trans men and non-binary people can also get pregnant. I suggest the more inclusive term “reproductive rights.” Besides, these laws really affect everyone in some way.

We’re prepping for our trip from far SW Wisconsin (Kenosha) to TN. We leave today after hubs is done with work, & we’re watching this weather system closely. Hoping we’ll avoid most/all of the ice since we’ll be hugging the lake during the first stretch of our trip! 🤞🏼🙏🏼

Another thought while rewatching #btvs after 20+ years (we’re on S5E6): Spike is the most interesting character in the series. Yes, there is the deeply disturbing attempted SA in S6 (I think it was). But to me, that felt out of character for him at that time. #Buffy #spike #spuffy

Speaking of searching, hubs has lost his reading glasses…his ONE pair of reading glasses. How he has gotten by with only 1 pair at the age of 61, idk (I have 3 pairs, & I’m 53!). We know they’re somewhere in the house. How long will we (mostly he) look for them? Stay tuned… #MiddleAgeFun
