OK, so Picture 1 is the chilli situation. I ran out of red, so added a scotch bonnet one to the mix #yikes .
The final result was OK, except I forgot a key ingredient - the roasted garlic FFS! Ended up making a quick tomato, garlic, wine and tarragon sauce to go with it.
