Our garden is starting to look less chaotic! Fiinally planted my seedlings after letting them harden up outdoors but still in their cups. We have several tomatoes, zucchinis, and squashes that I plan training onto the arch. There are still a few seedlings that are still in cups though. Those are

I really love how our cat Max appropriates the BarkBox we get for our dogs. Never fails. Month after month, he takes it over after it's empty. 😂

I should have known not to leave my seedlings unprotected. My newest rescue dog is still kinda wild. And I'm almost certain she ran through them. But luckily I have more than enough wire fencing to protect the little precious ones. Also I'm glad I had multiples of everything out there. 😮‍💨😅

I'm really happy with how my idea is turning out. I still have much reinforcing to do to the arch trellis. But rather proud of it's looking. Specially since it came from a mere post it note sketch. 😆

#legowednesday I recently had the opportunity to go see the Nature POP! LEGO art exhibit in Tulsa. It was really awesome to see LEGO sculptures out in nature.

Did not get as far as I wanted with the garden. Plans were to try and get the steel mesh I found up in between the raised beds to make an arch. Sorta like my little sketch in the 3rd pic. But can't be mad at having a second raised bed now. I'll get to the rest soon because it's exciting! 🤩

If you live near Tulsa Ok, look into going to the Pop! LEGO exhibit at the Tulsa Botanical Gardens. It is really worth the time. Not only are the gardens gorgeous. The LEGO art was awe inspiring! #LEGO #Tulsa

I'm off to the races against the seedlings now. I've got a whole new raised bed I have to build. And I'm going to use some cattle panels to create trellises for both beds and an arch in between. I hope to have many tomatoes, zucchinis, eggplants, and peppers this year. 🍅🍅🫑🫑🍆🍆🥒🥒

Many tomato, zucchini, eggplant, and pepper and pepper seedlings transplanted to double cups to grow while I get their home garden ready.

This is probably gonna be silly to some. But I'm surprised I'm now getting anxious about tomorrow. I turn 40. And up until now I hadn't even given it a passing thought. But now the existential dread is somehow caught up. But you know what? I do know that everything will be groovy. 🥳

I got a second interview scheduled for the IT position I applied for. I'm trying not to get my hopes up. But it is scheduled with the IT manager and the Chief Technology Officer. Doesn't really feel like I'd be meeting the CTO if it we're bad news. Only thing is I have to wait a week. Here's hoping.

Finally getting to updating my last post. I went in for an interview for an IT position at my local library this past Friday morning. I felt like it went really good. Felt relaxed and organic. They did say they had 2 other candidates, but that I should hear about the position within 2 weeks. 🤞🏻

🤯 I am in a bit of shock. I applied for an IT position at my local library late on Monday. And I've already got a interview scheduled for this upcoming Friday morning. I'm buzzing with excitement and really hope the interview goes well. Wish me luck everyone!

It's been kinda crazy since early February when my new dog(Malinois) showed up in my backyard. But things are settling down and all the animals are getting along. She's even cuddling up to my old dog(Collie mix) whom I thought may not be too happy to share me further. They bring me such joy! 🤩 🥰

I have slowly, but surely, been turning my wife into a LEGO fanatic like myself. And I think we have reached the threshold. Last night she was like I wish we had enough random blue LEGOs to fill a jar so I can put my sunflowers into. I reminded her of the pick a brick wall. So now her dream is real.

Mason jar filled with random blue and transparent lego pieces to look like water. And 2 LEGO sunflowers with their stems immersed into the lego water.

Google ad seen on Spoutible on 2/18/24 a bit after 11 pm. From 'Juducial Watch' telling people to demand Hillary Clinton be held accountable. With a picture of her on the right, Obama on the left. Both looking kind of stern. Lol
