I’ve been away for a bit which seems to be the norm and you can still find me on X/Twitter.
I haven’t been doing well mentally or physically but still trying to do my best on a daily basis.
I’ve been off work since Thursday and will return this Tuesday.
My anxiety will be off the charts tomorrow.

Claustrophobic anxiety gone for the most part but now struggling with anxiety and restlessness.
I’ve been off work since my 1-hour shift on Thursday and I don’t feel relaxed or rested.
Depression is getting worse too so I may post here and there + like & repost often as I can.

I had a mental health episode at work on Friday and it’s the worst one I’ve ever had according to my wife after she got all the details.
Major anxiety/panic attack 2-hours after clocking in, an hour later I was allowed to go home, and will be off next week because I need both mental & physical eval.

Last week I had Covid so I was out of work for 6-days.
I returned to work this week on Tuesday and started feeling bad again on Wednesday which was the start of Covid rebound!
So I was off yesterday, today, Sunday, and Monday.
