So, my neurologists want me to exercise more - especially walking - because of my Parkinson's. I've walked about 5 miles in the past three days.* The last 2 have been 1.3 miles @ in about 30 min. Not my personal best** but it's a start, Oh, and it was 16 degrees out w/ wind.

Went for my walk on a new route today, bumping it up to 1.75 miles (122 BPI). Not nearly my peak routine of 3 miles/weekdays and 9 brutal miles (lots of hills)/weekends, but better than nothing and certainly my best, post-Parkinson's diagnosis.
