I know it is a chicken and egg thing, but the only thing missing from Spoutible is people. If it had the same number of great conversations, especially from people outside the US, it would be perfect

That seems like it would be illegal under interstate commerce rules

I couldnt find a mention of the roof in the Wiki article, but from the full text of the 1907 article it links to, it sounds like they were coyly referring to the sign on the roof being changed to announce the show, instead of the show itself being on the roof. https://timesmachine.nytimes.com/timesm

I think that a minimum corporate tax of 15% is reasonable. It helps if other countries do the same. A bunch, like Google, pretend to be based in Ireland to avoid taxes in the US and rest of Europe.

If tax rate is low, but above zero, we will get more than now.

It would be bad enough as a hypothetical. But this seems like perjury and fraud. The whole point was to get it to SCOTUS, based on lies.

And how did not a single court or lawyer talk to the guy who was supposed to be the customer?

Yesterday was a tipping point. We all need to come over here.

I donated a few bucks to help build Spoutible a few months ago. I think it is time to do it again to help with the expansion needed to keep up with all the new users fleeing Elon's implosion.

Is Kirschner on Spoutible yet?

IMHO, a hypothetical is different than submitting a fraudulent document purporting to be from a customer.
They seem to have lied to the courts.

Exactly! If the name, email address, and everything else were in the materials, how did nobody ever interview the alleged customer for his side of the transaction that the woman was claiming as against her religion?
