Just got home & went to turn on the #Orioles game, and as MLB TV was loading, I was saying to myself “I want it to be 5-0 in the bottom of the 3rd.”

Game came up…5-1 in the bottom of the 2nd.

Baltimore just signed DT Broderick Washington to a 3-year $17.5 Million extension including $10 Million in total guarantees.

Washington was the player the #Ravens selected using the pick received in the Kaare Vedvik trade with the #Vikings

#Orioles are in first place in the A.L. East, and headed for a weekend series against Tampa Bay.

The Rays are extremely tough at home, but if we can go down there & do damage, we can get up a couple games…give us some breathing room down the stretch.

Carolina signed DJ Chark.

Neither are anything more than inconsistent # 3/4 options & Chark can't stay healthy.

Tee Martin’s familiarity w/ Algholor makes me think maybe Algholor for $3.5 Million is better than Chark for $5 Million.

Dream scenario: trade for DeAndre Hopkins & draft JSN.

Baltimore re-signs Geno Stone, who was non-tendered as a RFA…not a flashy move, but I really like Stone as a player.

Stone & Williams are true FS, letting Ravens play a 2-deep shell while allowing Hamilton to continue in more of a rover role, where he’s at his most dangerous.
